Initially, our practice was founded by John and Sharon Kay as “Kay Family Law” as we wanted to establish a specialist, niche family law practice with a difference.

In 2013, Lee Pascoe merged with Sharon and John to create “Kay & Pascoe LLP”. Fiona Connah joined the practice towards the end of 2017, becoming a partner in April 2019.

The ethos of the firm has always been to provide high quality, trustworthy, and professional services to our clients, yet at the same time seeking alternatives to the costly and confrontational Court system.

Kay & Pascoe LLP deal exclusively with all areas of Family Law and are based in East Sussex. Our experience, expertise and commitment to the client service we provide is externally recognised by Resolution. Sharon’s dedication to Family Law has elevated her to Resolution’s National Committee, striving to bring about change in Family Law. Our firm is innovative and at the forefront of change.

What sets Kay & Pascoe apart from other law firms, is that whilst we are a relatively small firm, we have a wealth of knowledge and experience. We work closely as a team, and with other professionals when appropriate. We all work hard to ensure that we are able to offer our clients a great service at an extremely difficult, trying and emotional time in their lives. In addition, we tailor our approach based on our client’s individual circumstances, their situation and the needs of their family.
