Sharon Kay
OWNER/PARTNER/CHARTERED LEGAL EXECUTIVE
Sharon specialises in Family Law. She is a Chartered Legal Executive, a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Advanced Financial Provision and Private Law Children Act proceedings. Sharon is also a Law Society Accredited Mediator which gives her Family Mediation Council Accreditation. Sharon has also trained in “Resolution Together” which enables her to provide joint advice to a couple who wish to divorce as amicably as possible. Sharon also sits on the Litigants in Person and Membership Committees for Resolution.
Sharon joined Rix & Kay in 1993 as a Legal Secretary, qualifying as a Legal Executive in 1995. On 1st September 2011, Sharon set up Kay Family Law LLP with her husband, John. On 1 April 2013 when Lee Pascoe joined the practice, Sharon became a partner in Kay & Pascoe LLP.

Outside work, Sharon enjoys walking her two Labradors Tilly and Willow, and also loves cooking, gardening, theatre and travel. If Sharon has time to relax, she will be found with either a crochet hook or pair of knitting needles and a ball of wool or two on her lap!
