Robyn Smith

Robyn is a Chartered Legal Executives and a member of Resolution. She started working in the legal sector in 2011 and has worked specifically in family law since 2016.

Robyn is here to advise on everything relating to the end of a relationship, from dividing finances and property to making arrangements for children. Robyn can also advise at the outset of a relationship on Prenuptial or Cohabitation Agreements.

Robyn is committed to achieving the best outcome for her clients. She actively seeks solutions and aims to settle disputes amicably through discussion and mutual agreement to keep costs at a minimum. If a resolution cannot be reached, she will represent her clients in court proceedings. Either way she takes pride in her organisational skills and her calming and reassuring presence, which is especially appreciated during tough times.
