RESOLUTION TOGETHER

If you would like to make joint decisions affecting your family following the breakdown of a marriage, civil partnership or cohabitating relationship, then come and meet with Sharon Kay.
Now that couples are able to jointly apply for a divorce, it makes perfect sense for them also to obtain legal advice together.
The Resolution Together approach is a new model of working that can ensure decisions are made collectively which affect the children and the family finances.
This approach helps to reduce unnecessary conflict and will assist those couples who wish to work together on their separation in reaching an outcome that is both workable for the family and is cost effective too.
How to find out more?
- Telephone to make the initial contact and discuss your situation with Sharon Kay who is a trained “Resolution Together” lawyer
- Arrange a joint meeting
- Sharon will discuss the Resolution Together process in more detail and if appropriate, will arrange your individual meetings
- Once individual meetings have taken place then the firm’s retainer and Agreement will be sent out for you both to sign in order that the process can commence
At any time during this process, if a conflict of interest arises (i.e. a situation where one party is not being honest with their disclosure), then the retainer will be brought to an end and you will be guided as to the next steps.
