FREE HALF HOUR MEETINGS

The cost-of-living crisis shouldn’t stop people being able to access vital legal information and advice.

The “Picture Postcard” image of happy summer family holidays doesn’t always ring true for many. Sadly, the time that unhappy couples spend together in the summer can deepen longstanding cracks.

The six-week summer break from the usual routine places huge burdens on fragile relationships, with the costs and other pressures that come with extra childcare responsibilities.

For anyone who has made the life changing decision to separate it can feel daunting, especially when you have lots of unanswered questions.

  • Where will the children live?
  • Who gets the family dog?

Other questions that might need answering can include:

  • How can we make sure we each spend time with the children?
  • How will we sort out the money, especially the pensions?
  • Who lives where?
  • What should we do about debts?

As expert family lawyers, we use a variety of dispute resolution processes to keep our clients out of court. We can answer your questions clearly and without jargon. We believe that everyone should be able to access  legal information and advice.

During September 2023 Kay & Pascoe LLP will be offering 2 different types of initial appointment

We are offering 30-minute free information meetings during the month of September. You will be able to speak with qualified family lawyers in order to obtain the best advice to help you and your family work through your difficulties.

We will still be offering our usual fixed fee service for those people who believe that they need more time. This costs £100 + VAT and allows you to ask more in-depth questions and spend time considering your options in more detail.

If we can be of assistance in anyway, please contact us either through our website at  https://kayandpascoe.co.uk/ or by calling our Crowborough Office on 01892 664348 or our Heathfield Office on 01435 817060
