All Change at Kay & Pascoe

This week sees a huge change at Kay & Pascoe LLP.  After some 42 years working as a Family Lawyer, John Kay is to retire from the practice. John spent 15 years as Managing Partner at another regional practice, and on 1 September 2011 he set up Kay Family Law with his wife Sharon, and in April 2013 Lee Pascoe joined the firm along with Tara Sanger as a trainee. The practice continued to grow and in April 2019 Fiona Connah also became a partner.

Kay & Pascoe continues to thrive as a specialist family law practice and John will continue to offer support and advice to the partnership as a Consultant. His drive and sense of humour will be missed, but it is time for John to concentrate on improving his home and garden, as well as walking his dog Tilly!

Another change in the partnership is that we are welcoming Tara Sanger as a partner on 1 April 2022. Tara has known John and Sharon since she was three years old! She has worked with them at a previous firm and joined Kay & Pascoe as a trainee in 2013, and qualified as a solicitor in October 2017. Tara specialises in work involving children and is also a trained Collaborative lawyer. Tara is also about to undertake her mediation training later this year. We know that Tara will be of great benefit to the practice, and we look forward to continuing to work with her over the coming years.
